Open Governance, Transparent Operations
We operate under a lightweight, transparent governance structure designed to balance strategic stewardship with open technical collaboration.
- Steering Committee: Provides overall direction and resolves major decisions
- Working Groups: Execute on specialized areas like schemas, data quality, AI readiness, and tooling
- Public Forums: All discussions and decision-making happen in the open
- Linux Foundation Policies: Ensure neutrality, sustainability, and community focus
Our funding comes from partner contributions, and all financial decisions are made transparently in coordination with the Linux Foundation.
